Do you want a great idea for a screenplay, but don’t know where to find one?
Have you always wanted to write a screenplay but are not sure where to begin?
Do you need feedback on whether there is enough in your concept or story idea to make it worth pursuing?
Through working with exercises and examples, award-winning filmmaker Laura Adkin, will guide participants as they generate script ideas, create log lines, and begin to outline the structure for their screenplay.
Concepts explored in this workshop include:
Finding and workshopping an idea
Identifying key elements every script must have
Identifying and comparing the act structures of different script formats
Writing a compelling log line

Laura Adkin is an award winning Filmmaker with over 2 decades of experience in the business.
